Jim McClintock – Managing Partner

As a seasoned and accomplished business leader, Jim brings a balanced blend of corporate (Citibank, SunTrust, BellSouth) and entrepreneurial experience to his role as Managing Partner of NewGround Technologies. His career spans two industries – financial services and information technology – and multiple functional roles including sales, business development, finance, product development/management, strategic planning, corporate development/M&A and information technology. Most recently, Jim led the startup of a broadband communications service provider in Canada (Cypress Communications), served on the Board of Directors and as CFO for a startup information security software company (GuardedNet) and advised a hosted telecom billing software company (Exceleron Software) as a strategic consultant in repositioning its web-based, software-as-a-service offering for the retail electricity providers marketplace.

Ann McClintock – Partner

A seasoned professional in the technology staffing industry, Ann maintains primary responsibility for NewGround’s Recruiting Services business activities.  She has a diversified professional background which includes project managment, event planning and management, translation/interpretation, teaching and curriculum development, with domestic US and international experience (South America and Asia).  Ann is multilingual, with expert proficiency in Spanish and conversational knowledge of Portuguese and basic Mandarin Chinese.
